i transferred the processor from my dell inspiron n 1564dell (core i-3 2nd gen.) to dell inspiron n4050 (core i-3 2nd gen.). when i powered on fan runs no display appeared and and laptops start beeping don't know why may processor was incompatible i put back the original one and it starts working nicely. :) so check compatibility before replacing or changing processor :
